AI Watch ("we", "us") operates the pictawks.com website and the AI Watch mobile and web applications. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not store your full card details — payments are handled by Stripe.
To identify items you photograph, we may send the image and related text to an AI provider (Anthropic, and — if you choose — OpenAI or Google). Where possible we identify items on your device for free (barcode, text, labels) and only use a cloud AI provider when needed. If you connect your own API key, processing happens under your account with that provider.

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.
We keep your account and watches while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data promptly, except where we must keep limited records (e.g. payment records) to meet legal obligations.
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it ("right to be forgotten"), export it (portability), object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. You can export or delete your data directly in the app (Settings → Your data), or email privacy@pictawks.com. You may also complain to the UK ICO (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

AI Watch is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
