AI Watch lets you capture an item or webpage, say what you want, and be notified when something meaningful changes (e.g. a price drop or back-in-stock). We provide the service "as is" and aim for reliability but do not guarantee that every change is detected or that every notification is delivered on time.
You must provide a valid email and verify it. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
1 credit = one watch setup. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from our website; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Except where required by law, subscription fees and used credits are non-refundable. If you're in the UK/EU, statutory cancellation rights may apply to your first purchase; contact us.
Don't use AI Watch to break the law, infringe others' rights, scrape or overload third-party sites, or capture content you have no right to. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the AI providers' usage policies.
You keep ownership of the photos and text you submit. You grant us the limited licence needed to run the service (e.g. sending an image to an AI provider to identify it). See the Privacy Policy.
Identification and pricing rely on third parties (AI providers, product databases, mapping). We're not responsible for their accuracy — treat prices and product matches as best-effort, not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed deals, or decisions you make based on notifications. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service or your access for breach of these terms.
